Warranty begins day of Invoice. It does not activate until core has been received by DriveTrain Dynamics.

Transmissions, Differentials, and Transfer Cases REBUILT by DriveTrain Dynamics, LLC are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year with unlimited miles. This does not include resealed or repaired units (repaired units carry a 90 day warranty on the parts REPAIRED in that unit). If a unit is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, DriveTrain Dynamics LLC, at their discretion will repair or replace the unit free of charge. The warranty period begins on the date of invoice and applies only to the party appearing on the original invoice.

This warranty is limited to replacing the transmission, differential, transfer case, or parts thereof, which upon our examination prove to be defective. It does not include breakage of gears, damage resulting from abuse (accidents, racing, or off-road use), faulty operation of any part or parts not furnished as part of the transmission, differential, or transfer case (such as linkage, clutch, assemblies, shifters, motor or transmission mounts, worn or defective drive shaft components, pilot bearings or bushings, P.T.O. etc.) Units will not be covered under warranty if they are run out of lubricant, under filled or overfilled with lubricant, or filled with the incorrect lubricant. Premature failures are also caused by incorrect tire size. Also, tires unevenly worn from each other. These conditions will also void warranty.

This warranty does not cover such things as towing, loss of use, loss of earnings, personal injury, damages, removal or installation expenses, nor any other consequential or incidental damages. DriveTrain Dynamics, LLC reserves the right to refund the full purchase price in lieu of all claims otherwise due a claimant under the terms of this warranty.

This warranty is void if the transmission, differential, or transfer case shall have been used in any application other than that which it was originally intended or which shall have been repaired or altered outside of DriveTrain Dynamics, LLC rebuilding facilities.

This warranty constitutes the sole obligation of DriveTrain Dynamics, LLC to the purchaser. Warranty terms herein apply to both written and implied warranties.

Please note: most gears are primarily designed for strength and may have some gear noise. This noise is especially inherent in vans, hatch back vehicles, and SUVs.
