A 50% core value deposit will be charged at the time of shipment and the balance of core value deposit charged in 31 days. To avoid laying out deposit funds, customers are encouraged to deliver cores as soon as possible. In most circumstances, our customers prefer to send their original gearbox for service. This avoids all core deposits and keeps the vehicle “numbers matching.”

Cores must be returned within 30 days. Failure to do so may forfeit core deposit funds and void warranty. It is not our goal to collect and keep core deposit funds. We require cores returned so we can continue to build more gearboxes for all of our valued customers.
